Our goat farm and gift concept business was founded by the Hunt family in Yorkshire, with a key focus on blending produce from the two areas of the United Kingdom that brought the family together: Yorkshire & the Scottish Highlands.
Our first product was our homemade goat dairy fudge, which was borne out of our dedication to our livestock and the sweet tooth of the Head of the Family. Our original recipes for goat dairy fudge include milk from our own goats and we have developed exceptional 29 flavours. Our new style fudge is now cut into triangular slices, which is ideal for sharing and fits perfectly into our selection boxes.
At House of Highland, we pride ourselves on taking care of our livestock from birth to end-of-life care, and even when our goats have stopped producing milk we guarantee they will live out their days in the field.
Over the next year, we will be improving our packaging to become more environmentally friendly and we will be increasing our goat herd. We are also working on an exciting new goat cheese project in conjunction with the innovation team at Scotland's Rural College who we connected with via Interface Scotland.
