Once you instruct us to sell your property, or if you are purchasing one our client’s properties, we will instruct one of our solicitors to take care of your sale or purchase. As there is no obligation to use one of our preferred partners, if you have your own trusted family or business solicitor, you are free to use their services.
The length of the conveyancing process will vary depending on personal circumstances such the length of time that the seller wants to remain in their property after the agreed sale. On average there is usually six to eight weeks from the sale being agreed to the date of entry but this can be quicker for cash sales or longer for more complex cases with trusts or power of attorney.
