Strong Scottish Seller’s Market
The post-lockdown property market is set to remain steady and strong in Scotland, and is anticipated to continue to rise this year in 2021; sitting at a 3.4% rise in house prices this year. Overall, in the UK we have seen an average 4.1% rise in house prices across the board.
It is estimated that demand will plateau as restrictions begin to ease and it is deemed safer to remain in the previous COVID hotspots in the UK, but it will remain at its current elevated state.
